## Result

**PASS — release-stabilization candidate validated.**

The active release tree was rebuilt after the timeline restructuring, removal of the Early Exodus display option, and loading-performance work. The current validators now describe the deployed architecture rather than the former package-wide precache design.

## Static and deterministic validation

- 44/44 active generated outputs rebuilt byte-identically

## Loading and offline validation

- The homepage static dependency budget is approximately 1.15 MiB uncompressed before on-demand dossier assets
- `v10-expansion-data.js` and `artifact-data.js` are absent from the initial shell and load when an event dossier or artifact feature requires them
- The first event list renders before those heavy datasets are requested
- The service worker precaches 34 essential shell files instead of the former package-wide manifest
- Specialist programs and large research assets remain available for runtime offline caching after first use

## Command-run note

Every constituent of the current release-blocking regression gate passed from the active release tree, including release, genealogy, integrity, entities, V19–V23.1, specialist browser, engineering, retained-compatibility, and editorial suites. The single monolithic `npm run test:regression` command can exceed the execution window of this audit environment because it launches the same browser processes sequentially and emits extensive output. The 36 older historical browser contracts remain registered under the non-blocking archival command; this report does not claim that all 36 were rerun in one uninterrupted shell during this stabilization pass.

## Release assessment

The previously identified release blockers are corrected: the Data Health graph expectation is synchronized at 333 nodes / 777 edges, visible event and selectable-model counts are current, obsolete Early Exodus selector assumptions are removed from retained contracts, and cache counts, validators, deterministic builders, specialist offline testing, and release documentation agree with the shipped implementation.
